Goodbye Snow:
We now have huge areas of grass showing! I would say we have less than 1/2" of snow left. Most of it has melted, and the yard has gone from pretty to MUD! The dogs are not as clean when they come in from outdoors now. Means I have puppy paw prints all over my floor after they come in. Today was a pretty day with lots of sun, and I got quite a few things done. I even fixed a nice pot roast for dinner, with potatoes and carrots around it. This was after my son, Gary told me yesterday, that I wasn't fulfilling my wifely duties, because I didn't cook last night! Boy, has he got a lot to learn if he is getting married in November! LOL!! I didn't realize that I had raised a male chauvinist ! He didn't get it from his Dad that's for sure!
Replacing Couch or Loveseat:
I think when we get our 5er after awhile we will replace the loveseat in it. The material is so weird! Where do they get the people who pick the colors for the RV's? Every RV we looked at had weird colors! Blacks, oranges, purples , and lime green! It seemed like the people were stuck in the 60's! Our 5er has mostly earth and neutral colors, with some orange and a bit of dark green, but not necessarily
the colors I would have picked. Then again I like country colors, and I am hoping I will get used to the new colors, and it will be something different from home. I wonder how many of you have replaced the couch or redone your RV more to suit your tastes? Did you have a hard time finding something you liked, that would fit through the door of your RV? Lots of things running through my mind as I think about picking up our 5er this month.
